England and Scotland plans are now launched…

The delivery plan for the UK Vision Strategy shifts up another gear. The new implementation plans outline the scope of work required to deliver tangible improvements.

Within each country plan, priority areas have been set against the three key outcomes of the strategy.

Supported by a wide alliance of health, social care, education, other statutory bodies, voluntary bodies, eye care professionals and service users, the plans will enable regional and local areas to take the next steps in improving eye care and sight loss services.

Both plans have received Government support.
